Controls & Equipment has one of the largest HVAC Service organizations in Atlantic Canada. With HVAC mechanics located in each of our branches we are able to provide local service in a timely manner for our customers. C&E maintains a substantial inventory of product and parts in order to service our client base. Each of our branches also maintains key inventory parts on a local basis and in total the company maintains an inventory of over $500,000 in parts and components to help ensure excellent service to our customers.

Currently, our organization has over 65 company vehicles covering the Atlantic region. Our HVAC service staff carry all the necessary tools of the trade in well-stocked modern vans or trucks. Our HVAC service staff carry the required gas reclaim systems, vacuum pumps, ladders, tools and safety equipment to service our customers.

Our automation technicians are provided with laptop computers, meters, gauges and specialty tools to allow them to trouble shoot and program Building Controls systems on site or remotely.

Each of our branch offices has an automated 24 hour emergency service system that provides for service after normal business hours. Our key emergency service staff is provided with smart phones for this purpose. In addition to our after-hours service, we have an experienced service technician located in our head office in Moncton providing full time phone, remote dial up and dispatch service.

Preventative maintenance and service contracts are based on size, services provided and location.
